Benefits for direct bookings and regular guests

Bookings made through external booking platforms incur commission costs for us. We are therefore delighted when you book directly with us.

When you book directly, you benefit from a price advantage of 12–15%.

From the 5th stay on, you will be one of our regular customers. Some of the benefits for regular guests

Prices

We grant you CHF 10 reduction per adult person/day on our standard rate with breakfast (applicable and valid at the time of booking). 

Your preferred room

We are happy to take your room request and will endeavour to guarantee your preferred room whenever possible.

Table reservation

Do you have a preferred table? The Sporthotel will be happy to reserve a table for you at the Arkade and Roseg restaurants for dinner, subject to availability. 

In case of cancellation

Do you need to cancel your stay within the cancellation period or leave early? In the event of illness, accident or death in your family, you will receive a voucher for the outstanding amount in accordance with the cancellation conditions. This allows you to make up for your stay within six months. The early-bird rate "non-cancellable rate" is excluded.
