Cancellation fees

We accept cancellations only in written form. Any cancellation has to be reconfirmed by us in writing. Our cancellation policy corresponds to the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 160).

Hotel rooms and suites: 15 days before arrival: no costs
Flats: 60 days before arrival: no costs

Later cancellation: 100% of the costs on the basis room / breakfast
Earlier departure / late arrival: 100% of the costs on the basis room / breakfast (unless other conditions have been confirmed in writing, in which case they will be applied).

Please note the cancellation deadlines for Christmas/New Year according to your confirmation. Here 60 days before arrival apply.

Full payment of the reservation is due one day after expiry of the cancellation period.

«Non-cancellable rate»: 100% charge. It is not possible to postpone the reservation.

To protect you and us from expenses, we recommend a cancellation insurance. A cancellation insurance covers cancellation costs in case of accident, illness, or death in the family! Learn more: www.allianz-travel.ch
